해당내용은 고개가 끄덕여지는 내용이였습니다.
과거의 저도 버그 이슈를 등록해놓으면 특정주기마다 계속 확인하면서 수정요청을 하곤 했는데 몇달동안 수정되지 않고
해당 이슈로 인해 운영에 큰 문제가 없다면 해당 이슈를 close하는 방향으로 선회했었습니다. (물론 수정되지 않았고 장기 오픈 이슈라는 증적은 남겨놓습니다)
확실히 이렇게 할 경우 개발자 분들도 현재 살아있는 이슈에 좀 더 포커싱이 가능했고 QA쪽에 버그이슈 유지보수 비용도
감소하게 되었습니다.
